I was brought up with sayings like 'what you think about you bring about' and 'a watched pan never boils' and they were just ingrained parts of my language. But the more I have dived into entrepreneurship and read about mindset and focus the more amazed I am at the power of our thoughts, feelings and energy. This is just a starting point at looking at some great concepts on focus and the mind. Which in some way tie back to those throw away statements passed down through generations. xxx
